- Using proprietory Redwood algorithms 5 critical factors were identified. These factors individually were very basic pieces of information but put together they gave the employer a very clear picture of the profile of people who excel
- Hiring policies were updated to seek out candidates fitting the right profile

- This insight was particularly important as this particular undergraduate field was different from what was required / thought to be required for this role
- As a result of this insight, the talent pool that the organisation could hire from increased exponentially
