Role 01

Digital Marketing Associate (DMA)

Digital Marketing · Bangalore · Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Create campaign strategies, creatives (static + video/reels), and copy for multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Set up, launch, and manage paid and organic campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
  • Build and maintain campaign landing pages and micro-sites
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics; optimise for ROI
  • Research and track influencer marketing trends; identify and manage influencer partnerships
  • Implement Zoho CRM automation, manage lead tracking, and handle campaign attribution
  • Generate reports for website traffic and campaign results — Google Analytics / Facebook analysis
  • Collaborate with the sales/distribution team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals

Eligibility

  • Fresher with exceptional academics (minimum 8 CGPA or above in any one exam — 10th / 12th / Graduation / Post-Graduation) OR 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal
  • Genuine passion for brand building and digital storytelling
  • Working knowledge of influencer marketing — if you don't track influencers or understand how it works, please do not apply
  • Practical to advanced-level knowledge of Zoho CRM is a strong advantage
  • Strong in creating reports and MIS
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
  • Excellent people skills — ability to connect with humans across demographics

Role 02

Sales & Distribution Executive

Sales & Distribution · Bangalore (Travel 20+ days/month) · Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors across assigned territories
  • Run middle-of-funnel (MOFU) activities to drive distributor engagement and conversions
  • Deploy omni-channel strategies to maximise revenue for both the client and the distributor
  • Provide on-ground sales and marketing support to distributors
  • Maintain strong distributor relationships and ensure profitability targets are met
  • Travel extensively (minimum 20 days/month) for distributor visits, market expansion, and field operations
  • Use Zoho CRM to manage distributor pipelines, track sales activities, and generate performance reports
  • Report on sales performance, distributor health, and market insights to the leadership team

Eligibility

  • Fresher with exceptional academics (minimum 8 CGPA or above in any one exam — 10th / 12th / Graduation / Post-Graduation) OR 2+ years of experience in sales / distribution / channel management
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent people skills — you must be able to connect with humans, build trust, and close deals
  • Practical to advanced-level knowledge of Zoho CRM is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is highly preferred
  • Willingness to travel at least 20 days per month — non-negotiable
